Ivy Black is located on a 60 acre property so a perfect escape from the city but still close! Ivy Black is only located 15 minutes from Duluth. Not only that, but this venue can hold up to 288 people and has multiple outdoor ceremony spots! Additionally, it has an outdoor patio with fire pits and yard games, making it perfect for cocktail hour. Pinewood is one of my absolute favorite wedding venues! With a gorgeous ceremony setting in the tall pines and the modern building with floor to ceiling windows, it truly is an absolute gorgeous venue! Pinewood is located just an hour north from Minneapolis and is a great space for those who love the Minnesota outdoors and being surrounded by nature! With this venue you have so many options! You can either have an outdoor or indoor ceremony, indoor reception room and a patio that connects to the reception room! It also has an outdoor/indoor bar so whether you’re wanting more of an outdoor wedding, an indoor wedding or somewhere in between. Pinewood has so many options for you! Luxurious and Modern Wedding Venue Look: The Hutton House

If you are wanting a more luxurious modern look, then Hutton House could be the venue for you! It is just minutes from downtown Minneapolis so it is in a great location. The venue has a ton of natural light making it such a good venue for photos. Additionally, this modern wedding venue has two different indoor reception spaces and a courtyard perfect for ceremonies! Fresh and New: White and Sable 

Address: 15525 MN-65 N  Ham Lake, MN 55304

If you are looking for a wedding venue that’s fresh and new then look no further than White and Sable. It is currently being built and should be ready for weddings starting in May of 2025!  It is located 20 minutes north of the Twin Cities! This venue is the definition of elegant and modern. It has a reception space, an outdoor ceremony space and a foyer perfect for cocktail hour. Pricing varies from $4,500-11,500 depending on season and day of the week! Check out their website here.

A Nature Lover’s Wedding Venue Dream: Catalyst at Nature Link

If you’re wanting a modern wedding venue with lake side views then Catalyst at Nature Link is the venue for you! This wedding venue is definitely for nature lovers. It is located at Clark Lake in Nisswa! Therefore, if you can’t decide if you’d like your wedding indoor or outdoor, this wedding venue offers both indoor and outdoor reception and ceremony spaces! They even have available lodging on the property! Two is Better than One: Bavaria Browns

Bavaria Browns actually has two beautiful modern wedding venues on their property. The Edward Anne Estate and Esquetria West. Edward Anne Estate can hold up to 250 people and you can choose between an outdoor or indoor ceremony. Their pricing begins at $19,000 for twenty people and includes catering, photographer, coordination and more! Check out everything included in their package here! Esquetria West starts at $17,000 for 50 people and includes the same services as Edward Anne Estate. Both are very beautiful and you can see which venue you like the best on their website!

Cozy and Modern Wedding Venue: Ahavah Cottage

Address: 510 MN-60 W, Elysian, MN 56028

Ahavah Cottage is a cozy, modern wedding venue located only an hour from the Twin Cities in Elysian, Minnesota! Additionally, there are two ceremony locations that can seat up to 210 guests for an inside or outdoor ceremony. The outdoor ceremony is nestled between beautiful trees and has a wooden arch at the end of the aisle. They even have an Airbnb near the property perfect for guests. Abella can be described as a French country escape located here in Minnesota.Additionally, this venue has a variety of spaces on the property. The French Country Hall has sleek, modern white interior, luxury crystal chandeliers and a lot of windows for natural light. This venue is usually used for ceremonies and receptions. The Historic Barn has tons of rustic charm! This venue is best for cocktail hour or an indoor ceremony. Also, they also have an outdoor ceremony space known as “The Willows”! Luxury Barn: Redeemed Farm 

Address: 21325 Meadowbrook Ave N, Scandia, MN 55073

This venue was voted best outdoor venue in Minnesota! It has four beautiful spaces. The Stable has a modern look while The Historic Barn Loft has a more rustic look with cathedral ceilings. People typically use these two spaces as ceremony venues. Their Dinner Reception Room is perfect for an indoor reception!
